The money laundering charges apparently stem from a $48K transfer to Siskiyou Mutual Aid in California in an apparent attempt to hide assets from a Georgia court. Siskiyou later returned the funds to the Atlanta group. The charity fraud appears to be based on illegal reimbursements for personal expenses.
