Notes

Grant Edwin Swanson (DOB: 01/02/77) was active in the Portland Occupy movement during the early 2010s when he was V.P. of AFSCME Local 88. He seemed to take a great deal of interest in porta potty maintenance at the Occupy encampment. During the George Floyd / BLM riots in Portland, Swanson seems to have been one of the union leaders organizing a wall of hardhats to act as human meat shields between police and rioters. His social media shows he's still as much a radical now as a decade ago. He's posted anarchist memes on social media and refers to Portland as an anarchist jurisdiction. Swanson works as a procurement associate at the Multnomah County library. He also volunteers at the Right 2 Dream Too homeless shelter. He lives in a rental house with a bunch of roommates near Irving Park in northeast Portland. https://archive.ph/eGOLP https://www.linkedin.com/in/grant-swanson-5b7314a
