About

What is AntifaWatch?

AntifaWatch was launched in May of 2020 in response to the nationwide riots that left 20+ people dead and $2 billion in damage. This project exists to document and track Antifa and the Extremist Left using arrest records, social media and other legal open resources. Antifa is a loosely organized group of anarchists and communists that was identified by the DoJ as involved in domestic terrorism

We have always been independent and built the the project with no funding or outside support beyond crypto sent by supporters. Our original goal was document how left wing extremists were not being held accountable in the courts, and as such this was producing more violence via arrest and court tracking. In the years since, we've expanded to doing a variety of different tracking and research.

What does AntifaWatch do?

• Track individuals involved in groups and actions in our Database (see more below)
• Track arrests and court cases relating to antifa and the extremist left
• Track antifa and the extremist left groups
• Write and share this news with the public on here and on social media
• Attempt to identify currently unidentified extremists
• Social media analysis and visualization
• Archive data (video, social media data, news stories, etc)

How Does the Database Work?

We take crowdsourced submissions of Antifa & the Extremist Left, vet them for authenticity, proof, and sources then approve them for AntifaWatch Database. Where they become a searchable Extremist tracking and anti-violence resource.
You can make submissions via the Report page. Please include news stories, arrest records and other relating information so that the report meets our guidelines and can be approved.
