Girmay Hadish Zahilay (Born May '87) is a lawyer and a King County Council member who gave a speech to Antifa and BLMers on the soccer field in the CHAZ zone in June 2020. Zahilay was previously seen at several riots in the days leading up to establishment of CHAZ and he helped arrange mobile COVID testing at the CHAZ zone. He of course is a police defunder. Zahilay is an ethnic Ethopian who was born in the Sudan. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania law school.
