He's a radical Tesla dealership bomber who also torched the New Mexico Republican headquarters building in early 2025. He also spray-painted graffiti on the Tesla dealership. Police identified him because he carelessly left several items behind. Wagner was federally charged and the U.S. attorney general is seeking a 40 year sentence. His neighbor said he wasn't surprised because Wagner had hung a fake skeleton in his yard with a swastika painted on its head and a hole through its skull. He also posted a sign that said, "Once it was patriotic, now it's a crime. Death to Nazi swine". Wagner claims to be a queer electrical engineer but he poses with a woman in his FB profile.
