John D. Nicholson was arrested at an Antifa counter-protest of a far-right rally at Stone Mountain, Georgia in 2016. He was charged with wearing a mask or hood. He's likely the same John Nicholson who hung a banner from the Carolina Panther's stadium in 2015 in an environmental protest. The ages match and there's a strong resemblance. Nicholson was charged with trespassing, resisting a public officer and dropping objects at a sporting event for the stadium stunt. He was previously arrested for failure to disperse and disorderly conduct at a 2014 protest of natural gas wells in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
