Colin Taliesin Kochevar, (born Mar. '94) was arrested at a George Floyd riot in Sioux City, Iowa in May 2020. He was charged with unlawful assembly. He had two priors for assault. Kochevar was living in Sioux City at the time of the riots but moved to Erie in 2022.
