He was charged with possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and attempted enticement of a minor. He faces a life sentence for attempting to entice the boy for sex and 20 years on child pornography charges. He also has a 2005 charge for retail theft and one for conversion (using someone's property without permission). Some of his art is very left-wing and includes images of trump vomiting swastikas and a cop wearing a Klan robe. He used to write for the left-wing VICE media. His last known address prior to his arrest was in Brooklyn. He worked as a curator at the International Museum of Photography in Manhattan. Yesterday, several people threw rocks at police cars and attacked EMT's outside the neighboring fire stations with rocks and bottles. Task force members used various tactics to arrest individuals who were occupying makeshift treehouses.
