Raiford is the founder of Don't Shoot Portland, one of the myriad defund the police / BLM groups. Raiford was arrested in 2015 at a rally for Michael Brown (the Ferguson dude) and charged with disorderly conduct. She was acquitted and later sued the PPD for $500K. Formerly known as Michael Scarpitti, Arrow was convicted for his role in firebombing logging and cement trucks near Mt. Hood in 2001. He's also a pioneering researcher in the field of pregnancy testing. When investigating the domestic abuse allegations, police asked Arrow if his girlfriend was pregnant. He said "Yes, based on the moon's alignment." He lists his employment qualifications as "shamanic journeying, Celtic heritage, shamanism and ancestor knowledge."
