Please use a clear picture of just the person of interest (Crop if necessary)

There is a limit on the number of searches you can do per day due to current compute power

The latest reports may not be found in the search

State is needed to lessen compute load. Should still find out-of-state matches if they meet a higher likeness threshold.
We might drop the state requirement and daily limits if we get more compute.
